Chip's humor and enthusiasm for the game paired with his sensitivity and understanding of his players have allowed him to be an exceptional trainer at all levels. Chip is currently on staff at Assumption University and has 28 years of youth coaching experience.  He has 13 years of college coaching experience.  Having coached men and women at every level in the NCAAs.  Chip has coached at Cornell University, Colgate University, St Bonaventure University, LeMoyne College, Cazenovia College, Catawba College and Assumption University.  Chip holds a Northeast Futsal Association White Diploma, National Youth License, United Soccer Coaches (NSCAA) National Diploma, and United Soccer Coaches (NSCAA) Advanced National Diploma. 

Chip has played at every level.  He was a High School all-state player in NY, Co Conference player of the Year, and MVP of the NYSHS final Championship game.  He played Club soccer for the Syracuse Blitz and won many State Cups and played in the USYSA Region I Championships.  Chip was a four-year letter winner and captain his senior year of college at Division I St. Bonaventure University. He was invited to a professional tryout with the Rochester Raging Rhinos and participated in their preseason training camp in NY. Chip finished his professional career with the Roanoke Wrath in Roanoke, Va.
