Why Speed & Agility? | |
Do you want to build on your explosive power? Do you want to boost effectiveness and efficiency in your foot work? Do you want to quicken your reaction time? Do you want to prevent injury occurrence? RYLSA Speed and Agility will work on fast feet, agility, speed & conditioning. Stay on your toes! Increase focus, agility, speed, control, and endurance with drills and games for super quick feet and body action and reaction. We will also work on core conditioning exercises to improve 'center of gravity' coordination, balance, and direction of movement. Speed refers to how fast an athlete can move in a particular direction in a carefully thought-out plan and the execution of that plan through an action. Speed consists of starting, the pace, efficiency, stopping and endurance. Agility is developed by training the body to move in different directions quickly and easily, resulting in improved reflexes. This can be accomplished by doing agility drills or training sessions. |

Refund Policy | |
If you must cancel, for any reason, before 14 days of the event, you will be issued a refund to your credit card for all fees paid less a 10% administrative processing fee. If you must cancel, for any reason, after 13 days-3 days of event 50% credit will be applied towards event. No Refund if you must cancel 48 hours prior to the event. |
